Did he really have a fallout with the FSU team, that's why he opted to focus on academics instead and move on to another school? Great pickup that will probably shake up the Big South.

Bama broke that entire program.

He has some troubles in his life off the field. Not too mention probable ptsd from playing behind possibly the worst P5 O line I've ever seen, ooof.

Yea that 1st game vs Bama was hard to watch... it was like his O line forgot how to block

which begs the question, does Hampton have an OL, or a decent OC or good skill position players ?

Pedantic nerd comment:

You mean it *raises* the question

He showed great potential early on making big plays while scrambling for his life. I've never quite figured out what Jimbo Fisher did to destroy that program, but apparently whatever he did led to a jackpot payout from Texas A&M.xcrazyx

Agreed, Deandre is tough as nails and has undeniable talent. Wish him well at Hampton.
I get the Feeling Jimbo had one foot out the door that last season. Not sure how you can't recruit at least a decent O-line at a program tradition rich as FSU xconfusedx

I watched Hampton in the UNIDome last year....

The answer is no.

They had about half of their yards on 5 of those rushes and a third of them on one late in the 4th quarter when it was 44-0

Yep - kind of a shame he didn't go somewhere on a top 25 but maybe this pushes KSU? Probably not though. Too much discrepancy of talent otherwise
