PHILADELPHIA - The Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) has announced its All-American Scholars for the 2018-19 academic year, and the list includes three University of Pennsylvania undergrads in rising senior Christina Park and rising sophomores Leila Dizon and Mary Shin.
