Street & Smith has ranked Jacksonville State and Southeast Missouri in its Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) Preseason Top 25 for 2019 while also tabbing Southeast Missouri senior linebacker Zach Hall, Jacksonville State senior wide receiver Josh Pearson and JSU senior defensive back Marlon Bridges as preseason All-Americans in its annual yearbook which was published recently.
