Doesn't seem like it is too much left at this point since they are over 90% there now unless I'm not reading correctly here.

I agree. It's just coming out of the "silent phase". I'd guess they'll hype it at the Gold Rush game and the first few home games, then announce reaching the goal at homecoming.

Even though the new building is mostly football, this will be a big boost for all of the sports. It will have rehab, training, etc. facilities that all sports will use. It also frees up a lot of space in the fieldhouse by moving football offices, etc. The space in the fieldhouse will be mainly for a nice academic center, but also more room for other sports in locker rooms, etc. The budget includes this phase of the fieldhouse improvements.

Plan to lease stadium to alumni foundation so they can build the complex
Spend up to $1.5 million now for design

All contingent on no state money, just donations
