CLEVELAND, Ohio – For the second-straight year, the HBU Athletic Department has been announced as a recipient of the Football Championships Subdivision Athletic Directors Association (FCS ADA) Academic Progress Rate (APR) Award for having the highest APR among Southland Conference institutions in 2017-18.
