Lindy's Sports has ranked Jacksonville State, Southeast Missouri and Eastern Kentucky in its Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) Preseason Top 25 for 2019 while also tabbing five OVC players as preseason All-Americans in its annual magazine which was published recently.
