PHILADELPHIA -*More recognition has arrived for the University of Pennsylvania women's track and field program, currently ranked 33rd nationally, as the Quakers earned Coach of the Year honors for Steve Dolan, Assistant Coach of the Year honors for Porscha Dobson and Women's Track Athlete of the Year honors for Nia Akins in the Mid-Atlantic Region, announced Friday afternoon by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
