NEW YORK – Columbia head men's basketball coach Jim Engles announced today that Marlon Sears will join his staff as the associate head coach. Sears, who was an assistant with the Lions on Joe Jones' staff from 2009-10, returns to the Lions after a four-year stint as head coach at Montclair State University in New Jersey. No stranger to the Ivy League, Sears has five years of experience as an assistant at Cornell.
