PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania men's heavyweight crew will close out the 2018-19 racing season this weekend at the Intercollegiate Rowing Association (IRA) National Championship Regatta. Racing takes place Friday through Sunday on Lake Natoma in Sacramento, Calif.
