The Penn Relays was honored on May 10 as one of 11 new locations for the International Associations of Athletics Federations (IAAF) World Athletics Heritage Plaque. IAAF President Sebastian Coe announced the 11 new locations at the IAAF/LOC Dinner on the eve of the IAAF World Relays in Yokohama, Japan.
