The Yankees and the Red Sox both suck. The Yankees aren't even the best team in NYC, and my Braves have won 4 of 6 from the BEST TEAM in NYC!

For all of the hype I had heard about Hughes, I was shocked at how little movement he had on his fastball. Based on first impressions, I'd say he is overrated. The kid to be on the lookout for is this youngster with the Giants. He is a Pedro Martinez-sized fireballer at Triple-A Fresno and should be up by the middle of the season. He has pitched all of six minor league games from what I've been told. One of my best friends saw him in person a week or two back and has been talking non-stop about him ever since. His name is Tim Lincecum. He is 5-11 and 160 pounds and is just 22. He played for the University of Washington last year.

No hit the Rangers thru 6.1 but had to leave due to a leg injury. Hope its nothing serious because he could be dominant.
