ANNAPOLIS, Md. – The University of Pennsylvania men's lightweight crew was able to regain the Callow Cup from Navy, winning for the fourth time in five years and the fifth time in seven. In a race decided by the narrowest of margins, the Quakers skimmed to the win by three tenths of a second. The Quakers also took first place in the Second Varsity Eights race and thus won the 1919 Trophy.
