PHILADELPHIA –*Rowing against a fair headwind and with some choppy Schuylkill River water, the University of Pennsylvania men's heavyweight crew took second out of three boats in the race for the Blackwell Cup on Saturday. The Quakers won a two-boat race at the Varsity 4 level.
