First he set the moder record with career poles.

The he became the first driver to ever win Phoenix from the pole for his 1st career win at the track.

That enabled him to tie the late great Dale Earnhardt for 6th all time in wins.

He is really doing well this year... and i bet this win will keep him at first in the standings...

NASCAR.com shows him with a 74 point lead, it was 8 going in. Big weekend for the 24 team

i like how martin is sticking to his guns... but i think he should have kept driving being that he had the lead going into bristol a couple of weeks ago...

Well, the ole 29 finally got back in the top 15 and is back in the top 12 in points. Talk about a free fall after winning the 500, man I was getting worried. Stupid Berrier keeps f'ing up the car with adjustments, I wish he would quit out thinking himself, cause it is really costing Kevin. Oh well, still go that 500 win under his belt this year.
