PHILADELPHIA – In the third week of the USTFCCCA's Regional Rating Index, the University of Pennsylvania men's and women's track & field programs each ranked second in the Mid-Atlantic Region, the office announced. Furthermore, this week marked the initial release of the Conference Rating Index, which revealed the Quakers at the top of the Ivy League in both the men's and women's lists.
