PHILADELPHIA – University of Pennsylvania senior Jake Silpe, who recently completed his college basketball career with the Quakers, has been named to the Open Men's Basketball Team for Maccabi USA and will be part of the team when it competes at the 15th European Maccabi Games which will take place July 28-August 7, 2019 in Budapest, Hungary.
