PHILADELPHIA – For the third week in a row, freshman Sam Handley has been named Ivy League Rookie of the Week. He is the first Ivy Leaguer to be recognized as Rookie of the Week three times in a row since 2014 (Christian Knight, Cornell) and he is now one away from tying Reed Junkin for most Ivy League Rookie of the Week awards by a Penn player.
