PHILADELPHIA – In the USTFCCCA's first weekly Regional Outdoor Track & Field Index, the University of Pennsylvania women's track and field team broke through as the top-ranked program in the Mid-Atlantic Region, the office announced this week. The men's team enters at No. 2, behind only Navy.
