PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania men's and women's track & field programs enjoyed a tremendous weekend at the Texas Relays and Raleigh Relays. The Quakers broke two program records, won two Texas Relays titles and, in total, laid down 14 top-10 all-time marks and times.
