PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania men's heavyweight crew is ready to start the 2019 spring season and will do so this Saturday when the Quakers row against Northeastern for the Burk Cup. Saturday's three races—two Eights and one Fours—will take place on the Charles River in Boston.
