CHERRY HILL, N.J. – The University of Pennsylvania women's rowing team won a pair of championships on Saturday at the Murphy Cup Regatta, which was moved to the Cooper River due to forecasts for high winds on the Schuylkill. Races eventually were cancelled on the Cooper, as well, due to deteriorating conditions.
