PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania fencing program will be taking seven fencers to the NCAA Championships held at Cleveland State in the Wolstein this year. The championships will run Thursday through Sunday. Penn will be looking to improve on its eighth place finish the last two seasons.
