Senior midfielder Lindsey Ewertsen and sophomore attacker Alexandria Absey each recorded hat tricks, but the Columbia women's lacrosse team fell, 13-10, in a tightly-contested game at Lehigh on Tuesday afternoon. The Lions move to 2-4 (0-1 Ivy League), while Lehigh improves to 3-2 on the season.
