PHILADELPHIA – James P. Tuppeny/Betty J. Constanza Director of Track & Field/Cross Country Steve Dolan, of the University of Pennsylvania track & field program, was named the Mid-Atlantic Indoor Women's Coach of the Year and J.J. Hunter garnered Mid-Atlantic Indoor Men's Assistant Coach of the Year honors, the USTFCCCA announced on Friday afternoon.
