Portland State football took strides in returning to FCS prominence in 2018. Now with 50 letterwinners and 19 starters back — in addition to a number of newcomers that arrived early on the Park Blocks — the Vikings are ready to make the jump in 2019. The first step for Head Coach Bruce Barnum will be spring football, which will undergo a drastic makeover this year.
