* Mercer thought he was gonna sign with them; so they had to cancel airing the 1 hour infomercial they made about him that the Bears had planned to air right after the Super Bowl & the State of the Union Address
* Samford didn’t pursue him because his 6-6 height would bring down their OLine overall average
* PaladinFan had him rated as a 5 Star once Furman offered, but dropped him down to a 1-Star when he signed somewhere (ANYWHERE) else.
* Chatt’s Head Coach, the one after the one, after the one they have now is hoping he’ll transfer in after a couple of years in Cullowhee
* The Citadel is hoping to pick him up from Chatt. as a Grad Transfer. No worries that they don’t have any Cadet uniforms big enough for him. That whole military thing is not related to Citadel Football anymore.
* YT advised Coach Conklin at Wofford that this kid’s standard deviation is outside of the typical regression to the mean, controlling for mantissa effects, so the YardBarkers didn’t offer. They found an OT at a 50 Student private school on the KY/OH border with a higher coefficient of efficiency.
* ETSU actually barely edged out WCU to sign the kid, but their Head Coach punched him at the signing ceremony, so, they fumbled the ball on the goal line going in for the win.
