The Portland State Football Program has signed 16 student-athletes on National Letter of Intent Day. Combined with the nine who signed during the early signing period on Dec. 19, PSU has added 25 new student-athletes.Among the 25 signees, 18 are high schoolers and seven are transfers. There are 15 on the defensive side of the ball, nine on offense and one on special teams.
