The omission of the Elon upset at the home of the #2 JMU 27-24 as 37 pt underdogs shows this author doesn't know crap.

That record breaking drive was super exciting. Ate up the third quarter. Like a snow plow pushing ahead, backing up, pushing ahead, backing off, and pushing ahead again. Nate Gunn had 50 carries that day. Thank goodness they were wearing yellow jerseys- you couldn't see across the field.

Glaring omissions ..

NDSU by 4 over SDSU .... 2 top 5 ranked rivalry teams square off in a 4 point game .. not exciting enough for SB Nation ??

Elon over JMU by 3 ... top 3 gets upset at home by an Elon team that wound up making playoffs.

UNI over ISUb 54-51 shootout .. UNI was top 16 playoff team and 7-4 ISUb was consensus "most screwed" non-playoff team.

But apparently none of those were as impressive as 4-7 Morgan St over NC A&T by 3 ?? In addition to NC A&T beating 3-9 ECU by 5. I think MEAC has friends on SB Nation.

Elon over JMU by 3 ... top 5 gets upset by an Elon team that made playoffs. Not as impressive as 4-7 Morgan St over NC A&T by 3 ?? In addition to NC A&T beating 3-9 ECU by 5.

Lucky to catch a fair amount of these games this year....the HC game was pretty amazing if I do say so. Down 31-5 well into the 3rd Q, in all honesty, nevah gave them a shot.

HC had 2 games this year with 2 blocked punts for TDs, this game against the Hoyas and also against our other Jesuit cousins BC...I wondah if that's been done before?

I don't know about two games in a season. I know that Auburn did it to Alabama back in 1972.
