PHILADELPHIA – The Ivy League has announced its weekly award winners in men's basketball, and University of Pennsylvania freshman guard Bryce Washington was named Ivy League Rookie of the Week. This marks the second time Washington has earned the honor this month, as he also was named Rookie of the Week for January 7.
