PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania swimming and diving team will travel to West Chester this Saturday to take on the Rams in the Quakers' final dual meet of the season. Penn will return to the Graham Natatorium after hosting West Chester in 2018, a meet which the Quakers dominated en route to a dual sweep.
