The Sacramento State football team continued to add to its 2019 signing class with the addition of Marcus Hawkins. The linebacker becomes the fourth student-athlete to sign a National Letter of Intent with the Hornets this offseason. Hawkins will enroll at Sacramento State for the spring semester and will have two seasons of eligibility remaining.
