CEDAR CITY, Utah -- Thunderbird Deputy Athletic Director Frank Pucher has accepted a position at Fresno State as their Senior Associate Athletic Director for External Relations. At Fresno State, Pucher will oversee all athletics marketing, media services, ticket operations, and merchandising, while also serving as the liaison between Fresno State and their multi-media rights holder, Bulldog Sports Properties.
