Ravens cornerback David Pittmann might have been tempted to spread around the blame for a rookie season in which he was deactivated for all 16 of the team's regular-season games and one playoff game.

There was the strained hamstring that sidelined him for most of training camp and the adjustment that many first-year players have to make when leaping to the NFL from college.

But that's not Pittman's style. In fact, the 23-year-old, who has been working out at the team's training complex in Owings Mills, said the only guilty party is himself.

That was a very interesting article (especially if your a Demon fan); thanks for sharing it. Refreshing to see a 3rd. round pick, with the credentials that Pittman had coming in, take responsibility for not delivering for the team. He was a level-headed kid when he was a Demon, and he'll be fine as a Raven, mark my words. He just needs to get on the right track this summer.
