OGDEN, Utah (December 20, 2018) - The early signing period arrived and Big Sky football teams took advantage of it by adding players in December. The league is coming off a season that saw four teams advance to the playoffs with Eastern Washington set to compete in the NCAA Division I FCS National Championship game in Frisco, Texas on Jan. 5. UC Davis head coach Dan Hawkins was named the 2018 Eddie Robinson Award winner, while Weber State's Josh Davis was named the Jerry Rice Award winner. Montana's Dante Olson is a Top 3 finalist for the Buck Buchanan Award.
