This is why the NCAA is a joke. It does depend who breaks the rules. Cleveland State would get the death penalty.

It’s all about that money. Can you imagine a NCAA Tournament without Kansas or Louisville?

The NCAA trolls out this student-athlete BS and then does nothing to UNC for giving away A's. Meanwhile, someone stays on an athlete's davenport on a weekend and gets sanctioned. Cheating pays if you cheat big enough.
