SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – After a week of 'firsts,' Brandon Gilbeck earned the Western Illinois men's basketball team its first Summit League Player of the Week award since the 2016-17 season. Action against Dominican (Ill.) and Eastern Illinois saw the 7-foot senior lead the Leathernecks in points and rebounds for the first time this season while also capturing a pair of career-highs.
