In midseason my alma mater, Ridgewater (Willmar MN) suspended football in midseason. I'm still trying to find out about the future of the sport there. Meanwhile, in Arizona, 5 Jucos have dropped the sport. That leaves only three schools in that conference- Eastern Arizona, Arizona Western and Snow of Utah. In reading the article it made me wonder about "saving" money when they waste so much of it in other areas.

Anywhere, dropping sports mean "saving" money short-term, but in the long term, it can hurt the reputation of the school. xcoffeex

Now Arizona Western is also dropping football

Has anyone heard what Eastern Arizona and Snow are going to do? They are the only two survivors.
