What a season!

1. Eastern Washington Eagles
2. Weber State Wildcats
3. UC Davis Aggies
4. Montana State Bobcats
5. Idaho State Bengals
6. Cal Poly Mustangs
7. Montana Grizzlies
8. Northern Arizona Lumberjacks
9. Idaho Vandals
10. Portland State Vikings
11. Northern Colorado Bears
12. Southern Utah Thunderbirds
13. Sacramento State Hornets

Good luck to those Big Sky teams fortunate to make the playoffs, as well as the rest of the playoff field. This was my 15th year of doing these, and this year was perhaps the most difficult of them all.

Looks about right. You could essentially swap 1 and 2 based on records, although I think EWU is playing better later on in the season.
