PHILADELPHIA – Dr. M. Grace Calhoun, Director of Athletics and Recreation at the University of Pennsylvania, has been named the chair of the NCAA Division I Council Strategic Vision and Planning Committee. Calhoun has served as the vice-chair since her appointment to the Division I Council in July, 2017 and will lead the committee through June, 2021.
