NEW YORK- Columbia fencing dominated it's first local meet of the season, taking home a dual meet win tonight against NYU. The small squad had a strong showing, tallying a 7-2 win in men's foil, 5-4 win in men's sabre, and a 9-0 win in men's sabre.* On the women's side, the Lions took home an 8-1 win in sabre, a 5-4 decision in epee, and a 5-4 win in foil despite only having two female foilists at the meet.
