Duquesne erased Sacred Heart’s one-game lead in the NEC standings by winning the head-to-head matchup on Rooney Field in Week 11. The Dukes, who control their own destiny in the race for the conference’s automatic bid to the FCS Playoffs, sit in a three-way tie atop the league with SHU and Central Connecticut. Defending NEC champion CCSU kept its repeat title hopes alive by defeating Saint Francis on the road. Wagner snapped its two-game slide by running past Bryant.
