Towson Schedule question

Can anybody tell me if/why Towson has only scheduled 10 games for 2005? According to their website, ( http://www.towsontigers.com/sports/football/schedule.asp )
they've got 7 A-10 opponents, 3 OOC and that's it. Is there an 11th planned or is Towson only going with 10?
