CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – With Austin Peay coming off of an open date after a frustrating Ohio Valley Conference loss at Southeast Missouri, the Tennessee Tech football team ran into a determined Governors squad looking to rebound on their Homecoming.While Tech did put together solid offensive numbers, APSU still put plenty of points on the board, taking a 41-10 victory over the Golden Eagles on Saturday.Bailey Fisher threw a 23-yard touchdown strike to David Gist and Nick Madonia kicked a 24-yard field goal and a PAT to complete Tech’s scoring.
