Just three games this week:
Wagner at Central Connecticut – 12 noon
St. Francis at Robert Morris – 12 noon
Bryant at Sacred Heart – 1:00 pm
The Bryant/SHU game looks to be the game of the week. Sacred Heart is the only undefeated team in the conference, but Bryant owns the best overall record at 5-2. Bryant has shown that it can win on the road, but I still think SHU is the team to beat in the NEC.
Wagner looks to build off of its victory two weeks ago against StFU, but I think CCSU will win this one.
StFU travels to RMU in the last ditch hope to save its season. Another close loss last week after leading for a good chunk of the game, but their inability to control the Duke’s running game was the difference. RMU won it's second game of the season last week in what turned out to be a closer game than expected against D-2 Central St. Not sure what has happened to the Colonial's defense which had been the hallmark of the team the last few years.
