Idaho State not ranked? They have three losses. 1 to FBS California 45-23, loss @ FBS Liberty 48-41 and the other at UC Davis 44-37 in OT. They have good wins over North Dakota and Northern Arizona.
UNI at 23? Really?
SDSU at 8
Jacksonville State at 12? Come on.
SHSU with losses at UND, Nicholls and a 41-23 loss at Lamar. The loss to Lamar is bad.
Towson at 10? Their only loss is to Wake Forest.
