PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania men's men's lightweight and women's crews will start the 2018-19 schedule on Saturday, both of them sending a fleet of boats out for the Navy Day Regatta on the Schuylkill River. The head-style race will cover 4,000 meters on the fames Schuylkill course.
