NEW YORK—Columbia University Director of Intercollegiate Athletics Peter Pilling announced today that Dr. David Mines has been named Associate Athletics Director for Intercollegiate Sports Programs. At Columbia, Mines will serve as the sport administrator for eight varsity sports including archery, men's and women's swimming & diving, men's and women's golf, men's and women's fencing and wrestling. His first day at Columbia will be October 15.
