There are 147 million plus vulnerable children world wide and the 147 TEAM exists to provide critical needs to show the love of Christ to children in the United States. The founder of 147 TEAM, Gwen Oatsvall, formerly co-founded 147 Million Orphans that served vulnerable children internationally for over nine years.She's also Austin Peay quarterback Jeremiah Oatsvall's mom. Oatsvall has been going on mission trips for years, and last summer he took a number of his Austin Peay teammates along with him for an eye-opening journey of self-discovery and service around Masindi and Kampala, in the region between Lake Albert and Lake Victoria.
