NEW YORK—Columbia senior defensive lineman Mike Hinton was named one of 40 Football Championship Subdivision semifinalists for the National Football Foundation's 2018 William V. Campbell Trophy, presented by Fidelity Investments. Named in honor of William V. Campbell '62CC, a former Columbia football coach and player and former chairman of Columbia's Board of Trustees, the award recognizes an individual as the absolute best scholar-athlete in the nation.
