North Carolina A&T, Howard, and North Carolina Central, appear to be the class of the MEAC.

The MEAC's top teams from last year and this year, are formidable.

A 9-2 or 10-1 Howard at the end of the season, with an FBS victory, gets a playoff berth... but it's a lot of football to be played.
